Coaching is empowering support for clients who know what they want, who have a specific goal, and helps you build realistic, doable strategies to reach it, all while staying true to your values and beliefs. It takes the insight and self-awareness you gained in therapy (or that you already have) and turns it into action.
You're not in crisis, but you have a specific area of your life or wellbeing that is particularly challenging to navigate or overcome. You have "this needs to change" moments that all surround one particular theme.
You're not looking to revisit and process your entire past. Sure, some history from your past may be relevant to your future goals; but you're looking for forward, solution-focused support.
Coaching provides strategies that when applied, produce results in the here and now, along with the human connection to keep you encouraged and accountable. We could ALL use someone in our corner.
Therapy through Kind Mind Solutions is currently only available in Florida (it's a licensure thing). Coaching is available in any state and sessions are offered online, by phone, and walk + talk (depending on your coach's location).

Coaching is non-regulated, meaning there are no formal professional requirements to practice. At Kind Mind Solutions, we actually value this in theory, as compassionate human connection itself is often what provides the support and motivation needed to make and sustain a positive change in someone's life.

That said, you want to be confident you’re not being misled, and that your investment in yourself truly holds value. You deserve to work with someone who genuinely knows what they’re doing. Our coaches bring more than confidence and Canva graphics. Each has relevant higher education or coaching certifications aligned with their specialty, along with lived experience and real-world client work, so your growth is supported by substance, not just vibes.

Coaching sessions are designed to be connective & empowering. Your coach is here to actively help you reach your goals.

Book a session when it works for you. Just show up, do your thing, and get the support you need. Payment due at time of session. No schedules, no strings, no check-ins between sessions. Just the support you want, when you want it.


Receive ongoing support from your coach without the stress. Two sessions a month, asynchronous check-ins between sessions, billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Plus the freedom to add more sessions or cancel anytime, no guilt required. Coaching isn’t meant to last forever, unless you’re having too much fun.


New clients start by booking a full 50-minute initial session at the set fee. Not only does this respect everyone's time, it also gives both you and your coach a chance to see how it truly feels working together, and to determine if it’s a good fit moving forward.
If it's not, that's totally okay (and important to determine)! No matter what, you'll walk away with a refreshed perspective, practical tools you can start using right away, and a referral for a trusted provider that may better align with your goals.
If you love your trial session and determine with your coach you'd like to move forward, your coach will help you book the next single session or enroll you in a flexible coaching plan, whatever best fits your goals and your life.
