When did your brain start feeling like a problem to manage instead of a gift?

If you’re neurodivergent, you may feel drained by anxiety, self-doubt, and expectations in a world that wasn’t built for your nervous system, or frustrated when traditional strategies add to your overwhelm. We take a compassionate, neuro-affirming approach that honors who you are, not who the world expects you to be. Together, we untangle years of self-blame, make sense of your patterns without shame, and create strategies that fit your brain and your life. You’ll strengthen communication with your partner, kids, and support system, advocate for yourself, and feel grounded in who you are rather than overwhelmed by expectations.

Coaching for neurodivergent women, couples, & families

For The Neurodivergent Woman

Many women learn early to mask themselves to fit in, which can lead to ADHD or AuDHD being diagnosed later in life, or not at all. This can feel isolating, with a diagnosis in adulthood bringing both relief and grief: validation for finally being understood, and mourning for years spent feeling “off” or overlooked.

Are you noticing...

→ Your mind feels always on, juggling thoughts, ideas, and distractions all at once?

→ You struggle to start or finish tasks, even ones that matter to you?

→ Organization feels exhausting?

→ You often feel emotionally sensitive, or easily overwhelmed by sensory input?

→ You swing between intense focus and then avoidance of tasks?

→ You mask your struggles to seem “together,” even when you’re running on empty?

→ Rejection or criticism hits deeply, sometimes more than it seems to for others?

If so, then this is for you. We'll work on:

✓ Creating space for calm & quiet in your mind

✓ Finding balance between hyperfocus and rest to prevent burnout

✓ Doable strategies to start and finish tasks & beat overwhelm-based procrastination

✓ Steadying emotions and regulating your nervous system

✓ Simple, sustainable systems & routines that work with your neurodivergent brain

✓ Releasing cycles of self-doubt, shame, and fear of being “too much”

✓ Letting go of masking and building authentic self-acceptance

For The Neurodivergent Couple

Loving each other isn’t the problem. Whether one or both of you are neurodivergent, you have two uniquely different nervous systems that are trying to communicate and regulate at the same time. That's a tall order, and it can feel like you’re constantly getting your wires crossed. If you’re both exhausted from trying so hard and still feeling misunderstood, it may just be that no one ever gave you a map that actually fits the way your brains work.

Are you noticing...

→ Small miscommunications quickly, unintentionally, turn into bigger arguments?

→ One of you is seeking connection while the other is already overwhelmed or shutting down?

→ Conversations about chores, plans, or responsibilities keep looping back to the same frustration?

→ That you both care deeply but still end up feeling misunderstood?

If so, then this is for you. We'll work on:

✓ Understanding each other's nervous systems so reactions start to make sense instead of feeling personal

✓ Communication that works for the way your brains process information, emotion, and overwhelm

✓ Practical systems for everyday life (tasks, plans, transitions) that reduce friction instead of creating more of it

✓ Repairing disconnection and learning how to find your way back to each other more quickly when things go sideways

For The Neurodivergent Family

If you’re supporting a child with ADHD or AuDHD, you may be seeking more patience, presence, and understanding but are unsure where to turn. You might find yourselves second-guessing your instincts or wondering if there’s a better way to support them, and each other, without everything feeling so hard all the time. Here, we offer family coaching as well as coaching for neurodivergent teens, to help families restore the love and connection that's always been there, but hasn’t always had the space to show up.

Are you noticing...

→ Everyday routines (like mornings, homework, or bedtime) can quickly become overwhelming for everyone involved?

→ You're constantly trying different strategies but nothing seems to work for long?

→ You're advocating for your child at school, with doctors, or with family... and it's exhausting?

→ Your child's big emotions or shutdowns leave you feeling unsure how to help in the moment?

→ Parenting advice from friends, family, or the internet just doesn't seem to apply to your child?

→ The stress of navigating everything is starting to impact your patience, energy, and relationship as parents?

→ You love your child deeply, yet feel overwhelmed by the daily intensity of it all? And then guilty for feeling that way?

Then this is for you. We'll work on:

✓ Understanding your child's nervous system so their reactions make more sense and feel less confusing in the moment

✓ Responding to big emotions, overwhelm, or shutdowns in ways that help your child regulate

✓ Creating realistic routines and structures that support your child instead of unintentionally leading to conflict

✓ Reducing stress and pressure on parents, so you can show up with more calm, confidence, and connection

The heart behind her work

Erika doesn't just coach it, she lives it! She herself is a neurodivergent woman navigating life in a beautiful, neurodiverse family. After three decades of exploring how her own brain works, and supporting others doing the same, she has come to believe that the best thing we can do is stop trying to “fix” ourselves and start building lives that truly fit us.

Her philosophy of care

Throughout her life, one thing has remained constant: a deep commitment to helping women feel truly seen, accepted, and supported exactly as they are.

She values:

✦ Honesty

✦ Integrity

✦ An "own your weird" kind of authenticity

She doesn’t claim to have it all figured out, but she shows up fully and believes in doing what’s right over what’s easy.

When she's not coaching

Erika can be found relaxing outdoors and spending time with her family.

A few of her favorite things:

 ✦ Edible gardening

 ✦ Sunshine

✦ Yoga, or as she calls it, "magic for the nervous system"

She loves deep, expansive conversations. Especially the kind that stretch her thinking or challenge old beliefs. That's the kind of connection that really fills her soul, and that she strives to bring to each session.
