I provide online therapy on Saturdays & Sundays for individuals and couples throughout Florida that are navigating the aftermath of betrayal.

Starting therapy can be straight-up terrifying, especially when you know you're eventually going to be talking about really hard things. Let me put your anxieties at ease: I’m a warm, down-to-earth, and direct therapist who’s easy to talk to and doesn't judge. Heavy topics? Of course. But stiff, rigid sessions? Absolutely not.
Therapy should be comfortable (in a literal sense: get cozy, eat a snack, etc), emotionally supportive, and mentally stimulating. Most of all it should help you get to where you want to go. I'll show up authentically, and encourage you to do the same. We'll take it one step at a time. Don't stay stuck when you don't have to!

Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. While I pull from various therapeutic modalities, I often utilize psychodynamic therapy with a trauma-informed and attachment-based lens to help people gain a deeper understanding of themselves and their partner, to heal old wounds and make intentional choices moving forward.
Increased understanding leads to reduced internalized shame, less defensiveness, and improved empathy and self-compassion. Psychodynamic therapy supports self-awareness, emotional insight, and deep healing, guiding clients toward self-compassion, authentic growth, and lasting peace.

As founder & CEO of Kind Mind Solutions, and a Licensed Clinical Social Worker that has been providing therapy to individuals and couples for nearly a decade; I’ve had the privilege of walking with people through some of their most vulnerable moments. Nothing shocks me, and nothing is too “messy” to bring into therapy. My role is to be a grounding presence during the time that feels the most unsteady. Therapy becomes effective the moment you feel comfortable enough to talk about the uncomfortable. I’ll be direct when needed, compassionate always, and never judgmental.
I know what it’s like to feel like the world lost all its color while it demands you to name the colors you see. And I know what it's like to get it back. Pain doesn’t erase possibility, it reshapes it. That’s what I strive to help every client experience when we work together.

I believe in staying true to yourself; in creating a life that honors who you are, rather than who you think others want you to be. I value having the hard conversations, protecting your peace, and leading with kindness. I believe in boundaries, authenticity, and the idea that healing doesn’t mean painless, it means certainty.
My favorite thing in the whole world is being a mom to my three-year-old daughter. I also love slow mornings outside while sipping a nice warm cup of coffee and journaling about whatever’s on my mind. These small, grounded moments are what keep me connected: to myself, my values, and the kind of calm I strive to help my clients find too.

Individual therapy is $160 per 50-minute session. Couples therapy is $175 per 50-minute session. Due to the depth of this work, new clients are encouraged to meet weekly or bi-weekly during the initial phase of therapy.
Couples therapy mini-intensives are $500 per 3-hour session (includes two 15-minute breaks). This is a great option for extra busy couples interested in meeting once per month or every other month.
Once you book a session; you will be prompted to complete intake forms. These must be completed to fully secure your spot. If you booked a couples session, forms must be completed by both partners prior to session.
All therapy sessions are held virtually via secure link in the client portal, and the payment method on file will be automatically processed for you within a week of session.
