You find yourself second-guessing your instincts, because everything feels hard. Daily routines, big emotions, and constant problem-solving is overwhelming, and nothing seems to stick for long. You’re advocating everywhere you go, and you're exhausted. You love your child deeply, but often feel exasperated; and then feel guilty for feeling that way.
You’ll learn to understand your child’s nervous system so their reactions make more sense and feel less confusing in the moment. We’ll focus on responding to big emotions, overwhelm, or shutdowns in ways that help your child regulate. We’ll also create realistic routines and structures that support your child instead of adding conflict. Over time, this reduces stress on parents so you can show up with more calm, confidence, and connection.
