I’ve been a therapist for eight years and have had the privilege of walking with people through some of their most vulnerable moments. Nothing shocks me, and nothing is too messy for therapy. A big part of my job is to stay steady when things feel unsteady for you.

And you can expect me in something comfortable, drinking coffee, and the occasional appearance by my dog Maggie. I show up authentically and invite you to do the same. Therapy can be booked one session at a time, at whatever frequency works best for you. This allows ultimate flexibility and can fit into every budget and schedule. Payment due at time of session.
Individual therapy is $175.
Couples therapy is $200.
For continuous & comprehensive support, clients may choose to enroll in a therapy plan billed on a recurring monthly cycle. Each plan includes two sessions each month plus check-ins between.
My Individual Therapy Plan is $350 per month.
My Couples Therapy Plan is $400 per month.
