When I had my daughter, my life wasn't in a good place. I was a brand new mom, sitting in the middle of a broken relationship, facing postpartum depression without even realizing it at the time.
I felt guilty. Guilty because my baby deserved better. Guilty that her beginning was surrounded by grief. Guilty that I couldn't fix everything for us. Guilty that I didn't feel joy during every second of every waking moment. Guilty that I was wasting precious joyous moments with numb, dark ones.
I wasn't enjoying this, this sucked! But I was enjoying her. I loved her. I loved her the second I held her in my arms. I loved her with every fiber of every being, even if parts of me felt numb. It didn't matter that joy wasn't always present, because love was.
Being her mom carried me through. Because that's what we do. We show up for our kids, even when we're struggling, even when it's hard, because they deserve it. And so do we, even if we don't see it at the time.
Looking back, that time was just as pivotal and meaningful, as it was painful. I don't have regrets, I have experience. Experience that taught me what I needed to change and where I wanted to go. Experience that would become the foundation of a very deep and meaningful purpose. Not only for myself, but also for others. Experience that helped me create a supportive space for parents that love their kids and are going through it.

Through my own experience, I wanted to create a space where parents could get support that works for them rather than feel stressed trying to force whatever was available. And since I'm only licensed to provide therapy for clients in Florida (and really enjoy staying in the therapy lane), I knew I wanted to bring on some amazing parent coaches, so every parent in every state could benefit from this flexible support model.
We're here early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and every time between. Depending on the service needed, we can meet online, over the phone, or on a walk + talk. Session frequency is fully flexible to fit your schedule and budget.
We're all parents here. Every one of us. We all understand the nuances of what it means to live life before kids and and then with them. We're here for you: to be real, to be messy, and to grow. So you can get the support you need and keep showing up for the tiny human in your heart and hands, because you know they deserve the world.
