I’m a mama of seven and somehow still manage to love Irish dancing nights, family beach trips, and sneaking away with to watch my latest Netflix and a giant iced coffee. Fun fact? I once cheered professionally and still can’t resist choreographing dance moves in the kitchen with my girls!
I’ve walked through postpartum depression, NICU stays, special needs parenting, homeschooling, marriage struggles, and the beautiful chaos of raising a big family- and I’ve mentored moms through all of it. I’m trained in education taught for 18 years as well as got my Masters Degree in Counseling. I have worked with a program that has helped families find and receive services for their child through each stage of life. But truly, my deepest education has come from life- the kind that breaks you open and teaches you how to rebuild stronger, more grounded, and more present than ever.
Values I live by: Grace over perfection. Honesty without shame. Faith through the mess.
I believe motherhood isn’t about getting it all right- it’s about showing up with your whole heart and letting the hard moments shape you, not shame you. I lead with empathy, compassion, and truth-telling that feels safe and freeing.
Whenever you're ready- I'm here.
You can typically find me outdoors- hiking, kayaking, mountain biking- you name it.
I’m a man who’s worn many hats- firefighter, EMT, stay-at-home dad, and now, life coach. But above all, I’m someone who deeply values the journey of fatherhood and the legacy we leave behind. I’ve walked through seasons of loss, divorce, and religious trauma. I know what it’s like to stand at life’s crossroads unsure of what’s next- and I also know the freedom and fulfillment that comes from walking through that pain with purpose.
After a 20-year marriage ended, I found myself navigating life as a single father, eventually blending a new family and rebuilding from the ground up. These experiences shaped me- and today, they allow me to hold space for other men doing the hard, brave work of becoming the father, husband, and man they were made to be.
I believe in faith that grounds us, responsibility that shapes us, and compassion that connects us. Through coaching, I’m committed to creating a space where men can drop the pressure to perform and focus on building a life that reflects who they truly are.
If you’re ready to grow- not just as a dad, but as the man behind that title- this is your invitation. Let’s build a legacy you can be proud of.
A few things to know about me: I love edible gardening, sunshine makes me feel alive, and I think yoga is basically magic for the nervous system. I also love deep, expansive conversations- especially the kind that stretch my thinking or challenge old beliefs. That’s the kind of connection that really fills me.
I’m a neurodiverse woman navigating life in a beautifully mixed ND/NT family. After three decades of trying to make sense of how my own brain works (and supporting others doing the same), I’ve come to believe that the best thing we can do is stop trying to “fix” ourselves and start building lives that actually fit us.
My background is a blend of lived experience and professional work. I’ve worn a lot of hats- daycare owner, homeschool mom, co-director at an Agile Learning Center, yoga teacher, alternative education consultant, and ADHD coach. Through it all, one thing has stayed constant: I care deeply about helping people feel seen, accepted, and supported in their process- exactly as they are.
I lead with honesty, integrity, and an “own your weird” kind of authenticity. I don’t pretend to have it all figured out, but I do show up fully, and I believe in doing what’s right over what’s easy.
If you’re curious, questioning, or just craving support that honors who you really are, I’d love to connect.
Reach out! - I’m here.
When I’m not navigating new career opportunities, school, or balancing life’s many demands, you’ll often find me drinking coffee or hanging out with beloved pets.
I love coaching- I've always been interested in others and giving back. My background in wrestling, and my loyalty as a die-hard Iowa Hawkeye fan, has taught me the values of intensity, laser-focus, and setting goals with relentless commitment. That same mindset drives how I coach. I’ve also faced my share of personal and professional hurdles, and those experiences shaped my belief in the power of resilience, mental toughness, and motivation. Helping clients tap into that strength and push forward is what fuels me every day.
My path hasn’t always been straightforward. I doubted my ability to get into the University of Iowa, felt like I didn't deserve it, and certainly didn’t expect to graduate with a 3.81 GPA. But through persistence and steady effort, I got there. Now, as I continue to evolve professionally and personally, I’m committed to helping others move past hesitation and take meaningful steps toward their goals- even when everything isn’t perfectly in place.
I strive to live by integrity, authenticity, passion, and character- and I bring those principles into every coaching relationship. I’ve drawn inspiration from leaders like Jocko Willink, Clark Kegley, and David Goggins, and I’m passionate about translating those lessons into practical tools that we can apply together.
There’s never a perfect time to start. The best time is right now. Set your goals, lean into the challenge, and let’s move forward together.
